Our solutions to your needs may include a standard caster and hinge, but when needed we’ll design the optimal product for you. Casters A full range of standard, configured and custom products from light duty furniture casters to 1,200 pound heavy duty industrial casters: Wide variety of color finishes Brakes including; total lock, directional lock, pinch and straps Hundreds of wheel options of various materials, sizes and colors Various mounting options including plates, posts and special applications Hinges & Stampings Wagner provides every kind of hinge you may need, from standard or customized continuous hinges, or multi-leaf complex hinge mechanisms, including 4 and 6 bar linkages, designed to move to your specifications. Stamping presses up to 660 tons allow for a wide variety of stamped metal parts. MIG, TIG and spot welding can put all the parts together into a final weldment. Tubular Products Drawn tubing options include either; “seamless”, “as-welded” or precision “drawn-over-mandrel” that can be cut to length, machined and formed, in sizes ranging from 10mm to 200mm long and from 10mm to 60mm OD. As an alternative to cut tubes, Wrapped Tubes can be manufactured to a wide range of sizes and shapes with various seam configurations; Holes, slots and notches do not require secondary operations Overall lengths from 6mm to 150mm Diameters from 6mm to 100mm MATERIALS Whether the application calls for standard gauge ferrous and non-ferrous steel or tight tolerance-high strength alloys, Wagner can stamp, form and assemble a wide variety of products from carbon, stainless, aluminum or brass.
